Thank you for shopping with The CasaTech. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, beginning from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thecasatech.com.
Note: Returns must be sent to the address provided once your request is approved.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@thecasatech.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Need a different item?
The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@thecasatech.com
